Palm Sunday – 5 April
8:00am:  Holy Eucharist with the Blessing of Palms
10:00am:  Choral Eucharist with Procession of Palms and the  reading of the Passion Narrative according to Matthew.
Music: The Cathedral Choir
5:00pm  Palm Sunday Service of hymns and readings with
        the Cathedral Choir singing the music of Passiontide

Tuesday 7 April
1:10pm:  Organ Recital by Director of Music Dr John Linker and Assistant Organist, Alex Goodwin

Maundy Thursday – 9 April
12.05pm: Midday Prayer
7:00pm:  Eucharist of the Last Supper, Footwashing,
Stripping of the Altar and Watch of the Night.  
        Music: The Cathedral Choir

Good Friday – 10 April
8.30am:  Morning Prayer
10:00am:  Children’s Service of Stations of the Cross
12:00noon:  Celebration of the Lord’s Passion, with singing of St John’s
        Passion Narrative, Proclamation of the Cross, and Holy Communion from Reserved Sacrament.

Holy Saturday – 11 April
12:noon:  Midday Prayer with the Lamentations of Jeremiah by Thomas Tallis sung by the men of the Cathedral Choir
9:00pm:  The Great Vigil of Easter with the First Eucharist of Easter.

Easter Day  – Sunday 12 April
8:00am:    Holy Eucharist
10:00am:     Festival Choral Eucharist
        Music: The Cathedral Choir
5:00pm:     Choral Evensong
        Music: The Cathedral Choir

Holy Eucharist is said Monday - Wednesday at 12.05pm
and on Wednesday at 7.30am
